The Exton House is a double fronted,late Victorian,early Edwardian house with ground floor bays.It is a spacious house with dog leg stairs to give even more character.
The bays from the house follow down into the basement.The basement has three more rooms and outside space.The front of the basement is hinged for easy opening.Stairs go down from street level into the basement to provide an attractive addition to Exton House.
