The Morcott is a Georgian style house with columns and balconies that make the house particularly attractive. It is a spacious house with dog leg stairsto give more character.
The basement adds three rooms and outside space. The quoining of the house follows down into the Basement. The Basement is hinged for ease of opening.Steps lead from the pavement to the basement.
