An inexpensive house which can be modifyed to suit both the novice and experienced hobbyist.
For instance, the window bars can be cut away to allow standard square wooden windows to be fitted.
An optional basement can be added providing 2 additional rooms. Roof is hinged at the rear and lifts up. The house has two rooms on each floor and two attic rooms.
