The Kensington is a four storey Georgian house that is extremely versatile,with four loose dividers allowing a choice of up to eight room layout.The stairs are on the left hand side and can be easily removed for decorating.
The Kensington Basement that is shown with the house is approximately twice as deep as the house.The panel at the front,below the pavement is held on by magnets allowing easy removal,and enabling below the pavement to be used as a cellar etc.
